1. Order Dispatches & Confirmation
Immediately following secure transaction verification, an automated Order Confirmation Email will be delivered to your designated address. This digital receipt encapsulates your complete order summary, verified billing specifics, and chosen delivery address.

Bespoke Printing Note: For all custom-designed items, actual physical production triggers exclusively after full payment clears. The operational turnaround periods detailed below begin from the precise date of payment receipt.
2. Daily Dispatch Cut-off Windows
To maintain streamlined logistics, our daily processing cut-off is set at 5:00 PM (AEST / GMT+10:00) on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Transactions cleared prior to 5:00 PM AEST enter our sorting and preparation pipeline on the same operational day.

Orders validated after 5:00 PM AEST will begin processing on the subsequent official business day.
3. Complimentary Shipping Thresholds
We provide complimentary Standard Tracked Delivery for all orders maintaining a final cart total of $59.00 AUD or above (calculated post-discounts and after promotional coupon applications).

For domestic shipments falling below our complimentary threshold, a transparent flat-rate shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout:

Seasonal Notice: Handling timelines may stretch slightly during major Australian public holiday periods, high-volume seasonal retail events, or for exceptionally complex multi-coloured graphic files. You will be alerted directly via email should your print run require an extended production window.

Important Disclaimer: All delivery windows represent realistic evaluations rather than absolute legal guarantees. Actual transit speeds can face occasional disruptions due to border customs processing checkpoints, severe weather fronts, or unexpected national courier network backlogs.
6. Consignment Tracking Facilities
The moment your parcel departs our international distribution center, a Shipping Notification Email will be dispatched to your inbox containing:

Please note that tracking records usually require 24 to 48 hours to activate and update on carrier systems after the consignment labels are generated.
7. Delivery Points & Address Verification
Consignments are routed directly to the specific shipping address input during your checkout phase. We strongly advise cross-checking all unit numbers, street names, and postal codes prior to order confirmation.

Local Pickup Notices: In select regional territories where direct door-to-door courier mapping is restricted, your parcel may be safely dropped at a local post office or distribution hub for manual collection.
8. Finality of Dispatched Freight Charges
Once a package has physically cleared our facility and entered the logistics network, any initial delivery fees paid at checkout (for orders below our complimentary tier) become completely non-refundable.

Outbound transit expenses are strictly excluded from refunds linked to standard item returns or change-of-mind claims.

The Only Exception: If an international shipment issue is caused by a verifiable manufacturing flaw or an incorrect item sent by our error, we will gladly refund your entire transaction—including all outbound shipping fees—as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Custom Duties & Import Levies (Fully Covered by Us)
We believe in upfront pricing with zero hidden surcharges upon arrival.

The final AUD balance displayed at your checkout screen represents the absolute total investment for your order.

I Heato fully absorbs, handles, and settles all international customs clearance fees, import processing duties, and related broker tariffs required to import your garments into Australia. You will never be contacted by couriers to pay unexpected secondary fees before delivery.
10. Missing or Severely Delayed Shipments
If your parcel appears stuck in transit or passes beyond our maximum estimated delivery window:

Our logistics team will launch a formal investigation with the carrier network to locate your goods.

If a package is officially verified as lost in transit, we will immediately initiate either a complete complimentary reprint/reshipment or execute a full refund according to your preference.
11. Regional Shipping Boundaries
Currently, I Heato caters exclusively to physical addresses located within the borders of Australia (encompassing all states and territories). We do not facilitate onward international delivery fulfillment beyond Australian borders at this stage.
