2. Statutory Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing within this Legal Notice, or any accompanying store policy, operates to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory rights, remedies, or consumer guarantees made available to you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Outside of these mandatory, legally enforced consumer protections, all garments, assets, and custom printing features supplied via our platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" operational framework.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Australian legislation, I Heato shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profit margins, revenue deficits, data loss, or garment replacement costs—stemming from your use of our platform or products, unless such losses are directly caused by our failure to meet a mandatory consumer guarantee or through our direct negligence.

4. Custom Manufactured & Bespoke Apparel

All customized or logo-printed garments are individually manufactured to order based strictly on the specific graphic file uploads and size profiles validated by the buyer at checkout.

In alignment with standard retail frameworks for bespoke manufacturing, these personalized items are completely exempt from regular change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or standard transaction refunds. For instances involving verifiable production blemishes or fabric defects caused by our facility, your statutory rights are fully detailed and protected under our integrated Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Freight Tariffs & Shipping Exclusions

Initial delivery fees collected during checkout (for orders failing to meet our complimentary shipping threshold) represent fully expended logistics charges paid directly to distribution networks. Once a consignment has departed our international facility, these outbound shipping fees become strictly non-refundable for regular standard returns. Complete functional parameters are accessible within our Shipping Policy.

6. Customs Clearance, Levies & Tax Compliance

To provide a transparent consumer experience with zero surprise surcharges upon arrival, the final purchase total displayed at checkout represents your absolute financial investment in AUD.

I Heato completely absorbs and handles all international customs processing tariffs, import duties, and related broker clearance fees required to deliver your parcel within Australia. You will not be assessed or invoiced for secondary import charges upon delivery.

7. Secure Transaction Gateways

To preserve maximum data integrity and transactional safety, our platform does not directly gather, log, or store your credit or debit card combinations. Financial processing is routed exclusively through securely encrypted external transaction networks managed by I Heato, who acts as an independent data controller over your payment credentials.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These legal terms, along with any separate operational agreements whereby we provide customized apparel or retail services to you, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal claims or disputes arising from your use of this digital storefront shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating within Australia.
