1. SECURE CHECKOUT VIA PAYPAL

To support transactional data integrity, orders are routed and processed through secure external payment pathways. Currently, we exclusively accept PayPal as our payment gateway.

Payment Options:
• PayPal Account: You can log into your existing PayPal account to complete your transaction securely.
• Guest Checkout: Alternatively, you can use the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal checkout page to pay directly with your card, without needing to create or log into a PayPal account.

Bespoke Printing Order Note: For custom-printed apparel and made-to-order garments, physical manufacturing triggers after your payment has been authorized and confirmed by the payment gateway.


2. TRANSACTIONAL CURRENCY (AUD)

Prices displayed on our storefront and final transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). This supports a transparent experience where you do not face unexpected conversion variances from our side when checking out within Australia.

3. PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODES

You may apply a valid discount code during the initial stages of checkout:
  • Enter your code exactly as provided into the "Discount Code" field and select "Apply".
Operational Rules: Only one coupon code can be used per transaction, and discounts cannot be combined or added retroactively once payment is finalized. Certain promotions may exclude custom or commercial bulk orders.

4. DATA PROTECTION & FINANCIAL PRIVACY

Our storefront does not directly collect, store, or process your credit or debit card combinations. Financial data flows through encrypted channels utilizing standard fraud protection technologies. Your full banking details are handled by the independent data controller (PayPal) and are not shared with us.

5. ORDER & PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Upon a successful transaction, you will receive an official payment receipt, followed by an Order Confirmation Email from our team within 10 to 15 minutes.
